Florida compliance
Florida law now requires many associations to maintain a website with official records online. Every site we build is structured to meet these requirements — so compliance isn’t a project, it’s just how your site works.
Condo associations with 25 or more units (excluding timeshares) must maintain a website or mobile app with official records posted online.
Effective January 1, 2026 The threshold dropped from 150 units to 25 — bringing thousands of smaller condos into scope.
